Though he doesn't play center a more accurate comparison of former Massachusetts forwards is Tkachuk and Guerin, not Amonte and Guerin. Amonte was never considered a power forwad which Kreider, Tkachuk and Guerin in fact are/were. Being from Greater Boston and having seen all Mass players going back to Richie Hebner, the players I think he takes after the most are Stevens & Tkachuk. Krieder just has flat out better hands than Guerin ever did.
