According to 2010-11 regulations (source:
http://mhl.khl.ru/upload/YHL_Reglament_2010-2011.pdf) a Russian team (there are several non-Russian teams in the league) can have a maximum of 2 foreigners (non-Russian citizens) on the roster at any given time. No foreign goalies allowed. Teams outside Russia in the YHL can have as many foreigners as they want I believe.
