Hadfield-Ratelle-Gilbert, Vickers-Thazcuk-Fairburn, Irvine-Stemkowski-MacGregor, Egers-Rousseau-Butler, Defensive pairs stayed the same also Seiling-Nielson, Park-Rolfe, Harris-Marotte
