I think both Pouliot and Cammy would score more goals if they played on a line where the center thinks...Pass first, then shoot as the second option.
Look at how many shots Gionta gets. With Gomez passing to him he often gets 10 or 12 shots a game counting..shots on goal and missed shots. Pouliot, Cammy and AK46 all are usually getting far fewer shots on goal. Pleks in surely a good player, but when he enters the attack zone he is looking to take a shot on goal first then pass second. Pleks shoots about 3 out of 4 times when he could pass or shoot.
Ak46, and Cammy are not scoring that many goals for the skill level they have. Put them with a pass first center like Gomez or DD and see how many goals they score. And of course Pouliot could benifit from playing with a pass first center too. I think we all remember how he was scoring last year when he had Gomez as his center.
