Maybe. It's not confirmed yet I don't think. The high hit was pretty obvious, so there's no doubt that the league will take a look at it.
And Yandle's hit probably should have warranted something as well. It wasn't a headshot though, and the league is trying to cut those down so they might do something in this case.
