It's quite evident that Neal has shown more at the NHL level then JVR has and I think it would definitely require JVR+ to acquire him.. not the other way around. Never have I seen JVR severely underrated.. seems more like his been overhyped by some. But don't get me wrong I think they are both primed for success in the careers but as of now I definitely give the advantage to Neal.
