I can forgive Ballard because he has played the left side his entire career and a sudden change at his age, especially with the experience of the left side drilled in, makes it harder for him to adapt but he shows flashes of brilliance. However, he also makes terrible mistakes. When Salo comes back, our defensive pairings will be balanced because it will allow Ballard to move to the left side. I wouldn't say Raymond has disappointed me.. I never thought he was that good any way. Sure, he puts up points and plays decent defensively but he is a detriment to the 2nd line. I would be disappointed in Burrows if it were not for his injury but I am also disappointed in Torres (inconsistent, but really who didn't expect it?) and Samuelsson.
