The stats show that Green actually ends up making more defensive plays than Suter, is a better penalty killer, though gives up some more goals at evens strength (though he doesn't get the benefit of playing with Shea Weber). And given the relative disparity between their offensive games, Green is absolutely ahead of Suter.
