Ft. Wayne did not keep the IHL afloat. They weren't even in the league at the end.

Ft. Wayne does not want to be in a league that has a players union. That rules out the AHL. It may rule out the ECHL too, I'm not sure about that one. If they had to charge more to cover higher player salaries their attendance would go down!
I hears rumours they don't want to be part of a union but eventually, I think they will have to cave.
