Don't be one of those skinny guys that waste 15+ minutes on bicep curls or tricep extensions.
If you want to gain a lot of mass quickly, do a simple push/pull routine.
Push:
Bench
Shoulder press
Squats
Pull:
Deadlifts
Pullups
Barbell rows
And eat a LOT of food. 3000+ calories.
If you don't know how to properly do any of the above lifts, find someone to help you instead of giving up and working arms for 20 minutes.
