perhaps I can get some opinions the other way...
I am looking to drop about 15 pounds, a 'cut' if you will but more so I think I'm a bit overweight for where I should be with my type of body.
I've been going to the gym 5x a week for the past couple weeks and just doing cardio
45 minutes on the bike with 1:15 of hard work with :45 seconds of soft work together to form two minute intervals, and 2:30 on each side for warm up/cool down.
Is this legitimate to achieve my goals over time? Any good tips for dieting also, as I have no clue when it comes to that stuff.
For reference, I am 5'10" (or just shy) and 175 ranging to 180 pounds. Age 20
