45 minutes on the bike with 1:15 of hard work with :45 seconds of soft work together to form two minute intervals, and 2:30 on each side for warm up/cool down.
Is this legitimate to achieve my goals over time? Any good tips for dieting also, as I have no clue when it comes to that stuff.
For reference, I am 5'10" (or just shy) and 175 ranging to 180 pounds. Age 20
Interval work with cardio is excellent. You'll shed the weight like crazy if you do that and diet. I'd so some weight training as well. I lost like 70lb doing nothing but squats and deadlifts.
