Besides with teams above like Florida also saying they are ok with trading pretty much any player on their roster you can expect at most the number 5 pick. I don't know what you've been smoking sir but Cup contenders, real ones, have more then one player at the 20 goal mark or higher past the half season mark. And it's unlikely that you get a top 5 pick when there's still another 2 months of games left and the teams surronding Toronto have said they want to rebuild.
And yes, traditionally drafts following "deep" drafts are usually thin with talent.
