Every case should be the same. We should keep doctors out of a rulings. Gloved punch is not acceptable whether it produces a severe concussion or just a chuckle. Injury must not be taken ito concideration at all. Otherwise you will start blaming player from going in with head down and end up calling not keeping chin up when boarded a player's fault. Once it's clear tha injury does not matter, there will be no need for embellishment.
