Four games in a row where they outplay their opponent, only to find a way to lose.

Montreal basically played rope-a-dope defense. They did nothing to deserve to win that game.

As for the power play, I don't care who was on the power play, nobody was scoring against that overtight box. Al MacInnis and Wayne Gretzky could have been out there and they weren't scoring. Shots from the point were just going to get blocked or go wide. Montreal wasn't coming out of that box for anything.

I guess this is making up for all those games earlier where the Rangers got outplayed and picked up the 2 points. Basically, with any luck, the Rangers should have 7 points in the last 4 games. Instead, they have 1.
