thats not really true....as long as your not starting out at an unbelievably bad weight you should have no problem getting cut up in a year. Just take some fat burners (that aren't like Hydroxycut, but something like OXYElitePro) just work out 5-6 times a week, go hard on cardio and core... and eat healthy
