Interesting. At this point, you can't really make a case for Grabner over Kessel though. In a years time, this poll may look a lot more interesting.

Grabner just looks hungry in the NHL, both this season and last. He looks like he's really giving it his all and has taken everything that has happened in the past year with a grain of salt. He's traded from the best team in the league to one of the worst, who then waives him for nothing, and he is picked up by an even worse team. Well, he's certainly made the best of a bad situation, and I'm happy to see him excel in New York.

I still take Kessel right now, Grabner hasn't proved enough. As a Canucks fan though who has seen a lot of Grabner, he WILL be a 40 goal scorer in this league sooner rather than later.
