Unlikely since none of the Dogs D need to pass through recall waivers, but with Festerling injured, the only LD they had that was an option was Henry. Nash looks to have a future with the Habs, and he's had a good season so far, so the callup makes sense.

I haven't the extend of his injury, just that it's upper body and that he's day to day. He would have to clear waivers to be sent down if he was recalled and later sent back down.

To be expected though, Carle was called up after spending 3 years in the AHL and 5 NHL camps. Nash has one NHL camp under his belt and is adjusting from playing 30ish games a year to a full 80+ schedule against bigger stronger faster players.
