My friend did two cycles (I think, I don't know how it goes ... 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, 2 weeks on, then off for good) on M1T's.
He was a small guy before.. the guy can go months without working out now and stays jacked.. not even joking.
When he gets back in the gym, he gets gains pretty fast for 3-4 weeks before it stops, (usually loses interest again by then, lol).
