I've been working out for over 20 years, and during that time I increased my weight from a puny 140lbs to my current weight which is around 235lbs at 40+ years old. It was very rare for me to gain more than a couple of pounds in a week. Especially since I concentrated on maintaining or lowering my BF at the same time.
So if you have done this, congratulations. I've just never heard of anyone else doing it before, especially at the weight you are now.
I've heard rumours that you're a stud, so no pics please. I don't want my wife running off with my lil bro.
