These are like free draft picks, the Habs have cash, I would do my homework and try to find and sign more of these guys.
They not only have the cash, but clearly prefers that type of development than anywhere else in the world. Since 2007, 12 picks out of 27 picks came from the US. That's 44% of the players taken. You have to take advantage of the place you scout the most and choose more players from.
