what's ironic and frustrating about it is the lack of the drive. the entire point of the cycle is to maintain possession and eventually catch someone with a clear lane to shoot, or to catch an opponent get caught out of position. LA will work the cycle but never put the puck into a high percentage area. they either look for the stuff/deflection from behind the goal line, or pass back to the point. Penner's goal yesterday is indicative of Murray's offensive creativity
