Pax has been the opposite this year, he's succeeded even when his linemates have slumped.
That said, both AK and Latendresse showed huge upside early in their careers, so it's certainly fair to compare them. Perhaps if Guillaume had taken the development path Pax did, he'd have had more success in Montreal.
Patches goes to the front of the net and that's where he scores. He knows to be successful he has to screen, bang home loose pucks.. he also will drive into the middle, which is something we never see as Habs fans. He puts his shoulder down and drives. I'm more surprised at the development of his shot, it's getting a lot more powerful, accurate.. the quick release was always there.
