See, I don't think that Dumont has that much grit. As for the scoring touch... in the past 2 years, Dumont has 36 goals in in 153 games, and Kotalik has 36 goals in 140 games. The only difference there is that Dumont has about 2x the assists as Kotalik, but you can argue that's as much of a product of playing with better players on his line (Briere, Hecht, etc) than Kotalik.
EDIT : Also, Kotalik is 26 right now and will be 27 around XMas.

I like both dumont and kotalik. They may not be superstars but they can definitely score goals. However, dumont makes lines work. U can argue that hes only good with more talented ppl but when hes with them they are ur best line! I wouldnt want to see either of them go because they are better than other ppl on the team
