Lundmark and a first might not be known commodities, but there's plenty of value. I understand the need to get someone who can have impact right away, but I don't know if that'll happen.
I mean, if Lowe calls Detroit and asks after Zetterburg, Datsyuk or Fischer, is Holland going to feel like he's made a significant move forward by trading any of these players?
Comrie IS an exceptional young talent, but I don't think the Oilers will get straight up value in terms of an estbalished NHL player. A combination of lesser NHL players, high end prospects and draft picks seems more likely.
I'm in favor of best value, even if it meant taking picks plus prospects and waiting on them.
