Homer has done everything in his power to give this core group the players around them to win. Pronger and O'Donnell the latest to come into the fray. The GM's job is to get the players on the roster and the coach to get the players into a system and the captain to lead them in times of trouble.

The GM's job is not to have to babysit the players. This team had no trouble winning over the first 40 games, made it look easy. This is 100% on the players, no excuses.
