Right now I'm not so much paying attention to my weight as much as my body fat percentage. Seems a lot of guys here are into bulking up and stuff, which is fine if you like that look, but I'm more into being healthy and athletic enough to do some of the activities I like such as hiking and kayaking.

Yeah, for my build the 150-165 area is probably the best bet, but like I said above I'm just focused on BF% now.
