Yep, he just had a bad season. Whether its due to injuries or apathy is anyone's guess. That being said, talented players have off seasons. Look at Teemu Selanne's 2003-2004 think Colorado regrets not retaining him? Imagine if Tampa decided to dump St. Louis after his below average 2005 season...

Stay the course and bring in a playmaker. My money is on Gaborik bouncing back next year.
