Honestly, I'm sure that would be the case too. The flaw is that there are very few coaches so good that you couldn't find a similarly talented billingual coach.

I think Mike Babcock speaks French, but if he didn't and was available, I'm sure he'd get consideration.

But aside from him, I cannot name another active coach on that tier.

You cannot justify hiring an English-only head coach though unless Hall of Fame is already sure to be stamped on his resume.
