As for as his game goes, yea, it's getting better, but he's got a ways to go. His skating (while worlds better than last season) is average at best. He still seems to try too hard to make the perfect play instead of having the game come to him, but he's still young and will learn that. That move he made against Jovo behind the net in the first was a thing of beauty, though.


The fact that everyone seems to have forgotten about Afinogenov is.... extremely disheartening to say the least.


Nash exceeded my expectations of him last year. I thought he'd be lucky to hit 10 goals but I was impressed by the way he played then (for reasons previously stated) and he's quickly turning into a franchise level player.
