Dallas: Shawn Belle, John Erskine

New Jersey: David Hale, Paul Martin
Ottawa: Anton Volchenkov (if he agreed to return next year)
Vancouver: Bryan Allen

contend to me means a team that can make the play offs

obviously washington barring a mircle on ice wont be any where close
