I think we created Frankenstein's monster here. It sounds like signing RFAs might not be the slam dunk it once was. Some of these demands are pretty steep it seems.

I think it's going to be interesting next year, you will see about 3-4 players get top dollar, but after that you will see alot of good players make less then guys are making this year due to cap restrictions. Teams that aren't buyers this year and signed guys to 1 year contracts are probably the smartest teams(although the negative part of that would be it's bad for promotional purposes)
