Skates can break in and get bigger, but they can't break in and get smaller. Unfortunately, blisters are caused by rubbing, which is a symptom of a skate that's either too big or poorly fitted. If you bought them at a good shop, see if they will exchange them for a smaller size or different model, because they did not fit you properly. Otherwise, your next option is larger foot beds or padding to try and take up that room, which may or may not cause other problems.
