Or you mean how Ryan Callahan was nothing more then an average at best 3rd liner tops, and turning him into a legitimate top six player, team leader, and one of the most valuable players in the league to his team.

Or how Mike Sauer and Ryan McDonagh became a legit top four.

Or how every single one of the young players had career years?
