And that's why this is huge IMO. It's perfect way for the organization to scout their top prospect.
The NCAA can infer whatever the hell they want. If they even suspect improper contact between Step and Kreider, they can punish him without evidence. It's the biggest injustice for college athletes, the NCAA need no burden of proof to punish players.
