The obvious choices are going to be Giroux and Richards, of course no one will select Carter because everyone knows he is the anti-clutch, but the one guy who is vital to this team is Timonen. You have to watch him play to really evaluate how this team is going to do. When he is on his game they are very good, when he is off his game the team suffers.

Briere is a terrific selection because of what he provides but both are the ideal examples of whether teams are going to have success. The know how to lead by example and leave it all on the ice. The veteran leadership goes under the radar due to all the Richards/Giroux/Carter fluffing.
