If we were talking about Del Zotto where he had 1 good year (at least offensively) and 1 crappy year to judge him on, I'd agree with that logic. But Gaborik has played several years in the league, as has been a productive forward when healthy minus a poor season this past year. So I'm not inclined to believe that this past season is the 'new standard' for Gaborik.
