I am sure that grandfathering in contracts could be done . . . any contract under the old CBA will only count to 50% (an arbitray number pluck at random and to be negotioted by the union and league) that way th ehigh dollar under acheiving chumps . . . see Bobby Holik . . . could play out their days before fading into obscurity.

Also, I am curious as to what that would look like if my inverse to the years with franchise tool was used . . .
