Peverley had no willingness to play defense, when he was here. Maybe that's changed, I don't know. To compound things, his attitude was less than rosy about it when Trotz spoke to him about it. He was given numerous chances in the top six and looked out of place at each turn, so he was waived. I'm sure they wouldn;'t have minded having the emergency depth in Milwaukee, but he was claimed, and no one was particularly sad about it.
Everyone knows the rest of the story, but guys that are not only not scoring, but not playing anything resembling defense, probably aren't going to last that long playing for Trotz.
