It's a pretty fun game, for what it's worth. Everything you build is unlockable based on your population, and you can trade with other cities you've created or a central "bank" to improve your economy.

There are some parts of it that irritate me, and it also takes a rather nice machine to run once your city gets to the larger scale, but if you're into deep city simulations, it's fun.
