One thing they will not have any shortage of is big businesses buying season tickets to give out to their high rollers/clients. That's part of the reason why NYC and the Rangers make so much money. They are write-offs for bigger businesses.

The area is growing and there a lot of people in that area from all over. And most of the workers there, have money. I don't think it would be a terrible move if it is marketed right.
