Some points/opinions:

Not interested in paying Heatley 7.5 milion for the next 3 years, plus I doubt he would waive his no-movement clause to leave SJ for Minnesota.

Hartnell also has a no-movement clause, and again I doubt Minnesota is on his short list.

Sheppard and Zanon would definitely be available for picks.

Zidlicky would need to waive his no movement clause to be traded.

Cullen got off to a great start last season, then disappeared as the season wore on (0 goals 4 assists over last 24 games), hence the disappointment. He also has some sort of limited no-movement clause
to take into account.

I don't think the Wild will be making sweeping changes this season. The next 2 seasons will see some big contracts run out like Backstrom (6 mil), Bouchard 4), and Zidlicky (4), which would give the Wild lots of cap space to go crazy.

Restocking the Koivu line would be my highest priority, if Bruno and Miettinen walk (yeah, that's the Wild's top line).
