Janne Lahti is a different player now, than he was in Hamilton.

His game is evolved so much, that its almost impossible to believe. He was unstoppable force in SM-Liiga, he was able to do almost anything. You needed (atleast) 3 guys to just stop him. Last time someone scored 37+ goals in SM-Liiga was in 99-00 season, altough Janne Pesonen did score 34 goals in 07-08.

On the other hand the line where Lahti played had amazing chemistry between all of them, Lahti - Kerälä - Pulkkinen. It was pretty hard not to score on Pulkkinen's amazing passes, and Kerälä gave a few nice ones too. And he was bad at the World Championships, but that was mainly because he didnt play with the right kind of linemates (Pihlström is a grinder and Kapanen is more like a defensive center, but is ok at the offensive end too, and after those 2 he played in the 4th line).
