Thomas is an anomaly. He didnt make the NHL until age 31, and is not a butterfly goaltender.
Butterfly goaltenders have a similar issue to MLS catchers. The constant 100 up-and-downs every game wear on the knees, and you develop speed problems as you age. I would expect Hank's performance to start to tail at around age 33-34 (After his current contract with us is up) and for him to be retired by age 37.
