"helping" the puck out of the zone is the hard part, that's why you need guys on the pk who will win one on one battles along the wall and all over the ice. Ales isn't a battler, he's most effective with the puck when he starts off with a bit of room to manoeuvre.

Furthermore, special teams make it hard enough to keep all your players in the game and keep the lines flowing smoothly, when they employ the same guys on each unit it just compounds the problem.

Having Ales on the pk is a bad idea all around.
