Not saying he hasnt drafted some good/very good NHL players but, to me, impact means elite players and he certainly hasnt bagged one of those yet.
The guy has been portrayed as some sort of messiah around here...his performance has been like the players hes drafted...good, not great.

Elite players normally go in the top 5...we haven't picked in the top 5 in a long time man.
