No, I never mentioned 30 years. It has been 18 years since the last Cup. And we cannot blame 18 years worth of different losing teams on just the players, can we? No, management is ultimately responsible for whether the Canadiens win the Cup because they are responsible for the coaches and the players that they employ.

18 years and counting......
