Why on earth would they have protected them, given an "A" to Juneau, put them on the 3rd line and played them every single time the opposing top line is on the ice if they wanted to bench them or get rid of them. And it can't be for showcasing them either. It's not like they're going to produce like crazy. They're defensive specialists and everybody knows what to expect from those 2. I personally think we could do without them, but it sure doesn't look like CJ's take on the situation. I think an offensive line will be broken up before they change that checking line.
