I listened to some jackass in the stands one night explain the rules wrong to his friends over and over and over. I wondered if he really even followed the sport. Then, when he got into an argument with his friends over who sang the songs they were playing on the PA I realized he wasn't just an ignorant sports fan - he was just plain old ignorant.
I don't think Columbus has the market cornered on those folks. I think one of the differences between our cities is that our idiots help fill the stands while yours are lining up outside the speedway.
I love your "number 24" ads with the local coverage, BTW.
Yeh, I hate that commercial, but you got to do what you got to do, right?
The guy was a really nice guy, as were all the people in his group. Much better than any Blues fan I've ever sat with.
