Neuvirth is capable, but as evidenced over the past couple of years they need a solid number 1. Neuvirth has played 70 games in the NHL and his numbers aren't overly impressive for such a small amount of games, Vokun is a legit #1 who has only played 2 playoff series with nashville but over 630 regular season games. He is the goalie they have needed since Kolzig left and he is only on a 1 year deal so he will be playing for a contract.

Their defense is more than Mike Green, they also have Alzhner and Carlson and just picked up an old but veteran Hamrlik, likely to teach the young guys a thing or two. And lets not forget about their stud Poti

Again I still think the caps with a legit number 1 goalie and a solid backup who can give him lots of rest are a scary team, much better than last year.
